Facets

Facets is a mixed media necklace that is inspired by the dream realm. The ever changing scenerios of a dream that is unexplainable. Dreams that make you see things from totally different angles.

The necklace is made out of different elements … a miniature book, an old dictionary excerpt that aptly defines DREAM, different stones … some shiny, some not so, different antique brass chains … it has a beginning and an end, but it does not connect, just like in a dream. It is up to YOU to wear it the way you want to. It can be worn in different styles, it just takes a little bit of creativity. It could also be transformed into a bracelet, who knows? Who knows where a certain dream can take the dreamer?

*the miniature book is handmade and is detachable. It allows you to attach it to any place you fancy on the necklace.
